Dr. Frey is deeply invested in the personal well-being of his patients, focusing heavily on education to help them achieve long-term health success outside the exam room. In his free time, he takes pride in maintaining his yard and stays highly active through pickle ball, golf, cycling, and regular gym workouts. He is also an avid collector of Nakashima furniture—a passion passed down from his father—with a particular appreciation for the beautiful designs of Mira Nakashima.
